Booking Specialmoments to film your wedding day is a very simple process. You can either book through our website (click here) where we will send out the neccesary forms, or come and see us at our next wedding fayre (click here for details). In any case you need to contact us and check for availability. We only work on one wedding at a time and do not sub contract any work out, thus giving you our upmost attention. |
These are a two part form and are also in duplicate. The first part contains all your personal and wedding day details, which you need to fill out yourselves. The first part also contains all service details being provided, along with prices and payment dates. The second form is the Terms and Conditions which serves as part of the contract. Once completed and signed both parts, send it back to us along with your deposit. When we have received this and payment is made, then your date is secured. |
Payment for your deposit and all subsequent payments can be made by cheque or the online payment scheme. Payment schedule as follows - Payment 1 - 25% Booking deposit. Payment 2 - 50% Half way between booking and wedding day. Payment 3 - 25% Final payment, no later than day before wedding. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 12 weeks of the wedding will result in 50% of the balance becoming due. Cancellation within 6 weeks of the wedding will result in 100% of the balance becoming due. |
