How much does it cost?
We currently have 3 different priced packages. Click here to see how much they cost.

How much of a deposit do you need?
Your securing deposit is 25% of the total cost of your package.

How do I pay the deposit or make a payment on my contract?
Simply post a cheque to us or use the online payment scheme for a credit card payment.

Do you attend the rehearsals.
Yes, we will attend your reheasals when possible. This way we can meet and discuss any last minute questions and
also check with the officails where we can film from.

Is there anything I have to do before booking you?
Yes, conact us to see that your date is available and check with the venues that it will be ok for filming to take place.

When will filming begin?
Filming will start one hour before the ceremony unless you have requested Bride at Home in which case the days
filming will start two hours before the ceremony.

What if my hair and makeup are being done before the two hours allocated for Bride at Home?
No problem, we can be there to capture all your preperations from any time in the morning. Just let us know what
time they will be there from and we will join them for the start of your day.

Will it cost me any more for the extra time for the Bride at Home?
Yes, an hourly charge of £25 will be incured for every extra hour you need.

Do you film the whole ceremony?
Yes we do, the entire ceremony is filmed including the sighning of the register.

Do you use microphones and lights during the ceremony?
Yes, we will use wireless radio mics during the ceremony which is usually carried in the grooms inside pocket. This
will make sure that we dont miss any of the vows. We do not however use additional lighting on location.

When will filming end?
Filming will end at 20:30pm unless the days events have not yet passed. In this case there will be additional
charges of £25 per full or part hour for each camera on location.

Do you put music onto the finished DVD?
Yes, the packages include the number of tracks we think you will need to enhance your dvd with your own choice of
music. We also include royalty free music throughout the DVD.

Do I need to supply you with the music?
Yes, we preffer you supply the track you want in a MP3 format. You can do this via email or on a disc. This will clear
up any confusion as to which version of a song by a particular artist you require.

What about copyright for the music I supply?
We take care of that by submitting a payment to the MCPS who pay all the royalty fees to the relevant artist.

When will I recieve my wedding DVD?
You can expect to recieve your finished DVD approximatly 8 to 16 weeks after yout wedding day. Although we
endevour to supply you as quickly as possible, editing times are longer during the wedding season.

Can I jump to specific scenes on the DVD?
Yes, all our DVDs are made with fully interactive menus allowing you to play the whole movie or jump to the main
events throughout your wedding day.

Can I purchase additional copies?
Yes, we currently keep a copy of your DVD for upto 1 year after your wedding day.
